Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A $25 cancellation fee will apply to any last-minute cancellations. Last-minute cancellations are defined as any cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time. Please note that rescheduling within this timeframe is treated as a cancellation, as you are requesting a new appointment time. Cancellations or last-minute rescheduling must be paid in full before services can be rendered. The card on file will be charged for any late cancellations or no-shows. Grace Period & Late Fee: There is a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be applied. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply unless otherwise stated by Stylist. Payment Methods: We accept both card and cash payments. Please be aware that a 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions. For purchases over $300, we require either a valid ID or the physical card to be presented at the time of payment. Refund Policy: Once services have been rendered, there is a strict no-refund policy in place. If you're dissatisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 20 minutes of completion so we can address any concerns. To ensure the best results, we recommend discussing all your hair preferences and expectations honestly with your stylist during your consultation.
